Congratulations to the 20 people who have joined our Software Engineer Graduates Program which started on 9th January 2012.

We would also like to thank more than 90 enthusiastic applicants whom participated during the recruitment process in November and December 2011.

We are now looking for suitably-qualified people to join our next intake, which starts on 26th March 2012.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by phone/email and will receive recruitment process information and programming test guidelines via email. Successful candidates will be invited for an interview and for additional tests either in our offices or venue.

Software Engineer Graduate Program

Mitrais offers a two-month induction program and one-month on the job training for new graduates on joining the company. This program is designed to help prepare new graduates for a career as professional software engineers and to provide an opportunity to learn new technologies.

The Software Engineer Graduate Program covers many topics including an introduction to SWEBOK (Software Engineering Body of Knowledge), Mitrais software development processes, Object Oriented Programming and latest developments in Web, Java and Microsoft technologies. Mitrais also provides graduates with opportunity to improve their English through the in-house English training program.

After successfully completing this program, graduates will be deployed to our software development projects for real world exposure and experience in applying various technologies, skills and knowledge.

More than 280 people have graduated since the inception of the Software Engineer Graduate Program in 2007.
