Mitrais offers a three month induction program for new graduates upon joining. The program prepares new graduates pursuing a career as professional software engineers, and provides an opportunity to learn new technologies.

The Software Engineer Graduate Program covers many topics including an introduction to SWEBOK (Software Engineering Body of Knowledge), Mitrais software development process and the latest technologies. Mitrais also provide graduates with the opportunity to improve their English through the in-house English training program.

After the successful completion of the SE Graduate Program you will be deployed into a software development project under direct supervision to give you real work experience in the software industry.

Since the inception of the Software Engineer Graduate Program in 2007, there have been 188 graduates from the program.

We regret to inform that our first Induction Program which is scheduled for 19th April 2010 is cancelled. However, you could still submit your application and it will be considered when the recruitment is started again.

Interested candidates will need to complete our technical test (written) and shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview.
