Our most recent induction course which was held at our Bali headquarters on February, 2nd 2009, was for middle level positions from Software Development, Mining Solution and Cataloguing. We inducted experienced software engineers, business consultants and cataloguer to balance our graduate recruitment program.

The program is intended to prepare new hires for pursuing their career as professional staff and provides them with the basic skills for their competency.

Inductees Q1 2009

The induction course comprises of general induction on company competency (Mitrais introduction, internal systems, remuneration policy and procedures, presentation skills, problem solving skills and professional work ethics) and the job family competency for each division (i.e software engineering processes, project management, product overview and development). The Ellipse business consultant new hires also attend the Ellipse training.

The next intake is Q2-2009 induction program, scheduled for April, 6th 2009. For this intake, we recruit the senior level of new hires from Software Development, and also Mining Technical. The recruitment is conducted either in our Bali office or Jakarta office.
